    This course has been designed to investigate the reasons for wanting to invest internationally, the steps on how to begin to prepare and the means to take action in your desired country.

    Your course instructors are experienced in International Real Estate and are committed to assisting you accomplish your goals and/or dreams. Hector Quintana of Zen Global Consulting, worked in the Real Estate sector for over 35 years with experience in International Realty Investments for more than 30 years. In that time he closed deals in over 40 countries. Hector passed away recently while residing in the U.S.A., but he had also resided in Ecuador and Colombia. David Steckenreiter has been involved in the Real Estate market for over 30 years. He has been living internationally since 2007 and has resided in Germany, Chile and Colombia. He was the former portal ``owner`` of EscapeArtist Colombia and Ecuador for a number of years and former co-host of ``The Colombia Ecuador Roadshow`` radio hour with Mr. Quintana. David has been involved in curriculum development and publishing since 1989.
